Taylor does not attempt to mimic Bradley. His Pinhead is colder, quieter, and more bureaucratic. This Pinhead speaks softly, often in whispers, and carries a sense of exhaustion. He is a middle-manager of Hell, tired of cleaning up messes left by rogue agents like The Preceptor. This isn't a Pinhead seeking pleasure through pain; it is a Pinhead filing paperwork in a blood-soaked office.
